AGM
As a Mutual organisation, we are owned by our members and they get a say in how we’re run.
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is one of the ways that members can get involved in NFU Mutual's governance.
If you hold a relevant product with us, then you're eligible to vote at the AGM.
We want as many of our members as possible to get involved and vote on the resolutions at the AGM.
Our 2024 AGM
Our AGM took place on Thursday 27th June 2024 at The Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue, Hinckley.

The AGM vote was administered and independently scrutinised by Civica Election Services to ensure both accuracy and fairness.
All resolutions proposed at the 2024 AGM were duly passed by members.
